Three women, including a friend of the Italian prime minister, have been killed after a man opened fire in a bar in Rome, Italy.
Four people were injured in the attack.
People in the area were holding a meeting about the problems facing the respondents in the area, when the man opened fire on them.
The mayor of Rome, Roberto Gualtieri, has described the incident as unfortunate, and said that he will call an emergency meeting about the incident.
The suspect of the attack, a 57-year-old man, is being held in custody and reports say that he had enmity with local leaders.
One of the people who grew up in the meeting has told the Italian media that the man entered the bar shouting "I will kill many of you" where he opened fire with a small gun.

The prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, described one of the women who were killed, by name, Nicoletta Golisano, as her friend, the other women who were killed were Elisabetta Silenzi and Sabina Sperandio.
